Good Morning All!

I hope everyone gets a chance to see the weather for Central Florida. Are those 70′s I see on the horizon?? Maybe I misheard the weather person but I swear I heard her say this would likely be the last cold snap of the season. Hallelujah!!  Let that Florida weather return. On an even  brighter note check out the updated Real Estate Trends.  We are starting to trend up in the number of sales. This should clear out some of the excess inventory and maybe start getting us some relief on the pricing as well. Days on Market is generally still high but the rate of increase has slowed significantly Only time will tell. Check back for updated numbers and comments.
