  1. Pressure Free Presentation – Interviewing agent should not be a painful experience, but I know more than a few peopel that would ratehr go to the dentist or buy a used car. Our presentation is very matter of fact. We tour your home to make sure we are not missing anything in our valuation, then we sit down and talk a little real estate. We will not bore you with all the company history, how wonderful we think we are, although we are pretty wonderful. There will nt be the usual doom and gloom about the market and how we are going to save you. We sit down and ask a lot of questions, selling your home has as much to do with you as the seller as it does with us. We take the information you give us and we pull out a calendar look at the day you need to be where you are going and we build a marketing plan to get yout there in time. <ost people really enjoy the talk and I think you will too.
  2. Comprehensive Marketing Program – Today is all about the Internet, Twitter, Facebook, Trulia, Zillow etc. Well we know this and we are there. Through the use of still photos, a video tour, blogging, YouTube, Craigslist, home search sites, printed flyers for your home, custom website and more, we  market your home to the world. Times are changing as well they should. 90% of home buyers start their search on the Internet…let’s get your home there…Let’s Get Your Home Sold!
  3. Cancel the Listing – Well we dn’t like to talk about this much but sometimes things do not go as planned. We want you to be 100% satisfied wiht our service. If not, we will fix wahtever the problem is with 24 hours or we will withdraw the listing with no fees and let you find a new agent. No hard feelings, we just want you to be happy with your represenation.
  4. Flexible Commission Schedule – This is one of our favorites and I think you will really like it…a flexible commission schedule. Basically the final commission is based on the circumstances of the sale, that is how the deal came about. Here is how it breaks down:  

A.   0%   Commission – If you find a buyer and no other agent is involved and you do not want our assistance then You Pay No Commission

B.    2%   Commission – You find the buyer, no other agent is involved and you ask us to write and negotiate the contract then our commission is 2%

C.    4%   Commission -  We find the buyer, no other agent is involved, then our commission is 4%

D.    6%   Commission –  Another agent represents the buyer, we split the commission with the other agent, total commission is 6%
